  1 st section -         Build the body If there was one thing I had to say about the process of building my body, that would be persistence. I definitely keep doing what I decided I have to do. I might appear as someone who strictly builds his own body, but I basically have no awareness of that. This is why it’s difficult for me when I get offers from tv programs and others asking me to “tell them how to body building”. The reason why I’m not particularly fussy about it is that I don’t really have any intention of building my body to begin with. The only reason why I exercise is because I “want to become stronger” /laugh/. I eat whatever I want as much as I want, and I absolutely don’t restrain myself from eating oily things. If you hold back when you feel like “I want to eat this”, then there’s no fun about it, right? I don’t like that.
